PUTRAJAYA, Nov 28 —The granting of blanket diesel subsidy gives room for unscrupulous parties to misappropriate or smuggle this commodity in the black market, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

KUALA LUMPUR, June 26 — The government is gradually phasing out the blanket subsidy system towards a targeted subsidy system, said Economy Minister Rafizi Ramli.
